Our Process
VanderSchaaf Countertops provides a simple procedure for the estimation, design and installation of all your solid surface projects.
1. From enquiry, we provide our clients with an easy-to-complete form to capture requirements.
2. We then provide a detailed, itemized initial estimation of costs allowing our clients to appreciate our value-for-money approach.
3. Based on an initial no-obligation agreement we establish the preferred design and materials to be used and discuss any special requirements you may have.
4. We produce a highly accurate digital template based on site conditions and established details.
5. We confirm order details.
6. We place order for the selected materials (if not already in stock).
7. We manufacture the project according to the templates and confirmed details.
8. We work with you to meet deadlines and construction schedules, install the project and ensure client satisfaction.
